If you are thinking of Gregory Dix for future reading, might I also suggest James K.A. Smith's excellent new title "Desiring the Kingdom - Worship, Worldview and Cultural Formation" if you haven't already encountered it? With your background in music I imagine you would find it a good encouragement and affirmation of what you seem to be trying to accomplish in your ministry, from what I've read of you tonight.
