Thanks Roy - glad you found the work on the prayerbook helpful. With regards to ACNA (Anglican Church in North America) - I don't mean to get in a tiff, but all things considering, since the Secretary General of the Worldwide Anglican Communion, under the direction of the Archbishop of Canterbury, recently clearly remarked that The Episcopal Church was outside the shared "faith and order" of the majority of the Communion, I don't find it questionable to call the ACNA "orthodox," since they do share the "faith and order" of the majority of the Communion and adhere to all four points of the Lambeth Quadrilateral. Though they are not formally part of the Anglican Communion structures, they have been recognized by many if not most of the Global South provinces and even the Church of England approved a motion to explore formal recognition of ACNA.

Your link to "orthodox" anglican churches is very questionable, since those churches are not in communion with the Worldwide Anglican Communion. You can find all the info on wiki. Nice job expounding the Prayer Book though.
