What do you have to say, then, about Israel's current unrepentant state, and the fact that they are presently in the land promised them? I've been thinking on this for some time now. Here a generation has come and gone since they've regained Jerusalem, and still they do not love Jesus, yet they possess land that Abraham walked about. Given Hebrews 11:1-16, can we say that they do in fact dwell within the borders long looked for by their ancestors? Because we are grafted into the promises given Abraham, and his unfaithful natural descendants are cut off from such promises, what do we do with these psalmists' and prophets' words? Do they only pertain to elect Israelites? I learned a lot from this post, chief among them being how many weighty questions I didn't realize I had! Thanks - BMV

This went from a history lesson to a call for repentance void of the alter call.... Preach it brother. I really like when you shed light on things that I am completely ignorant of. I am looking forward to the next one.
